Total Gaming League

The Total Gaming League is now accepting admin applications for all games and nearly all positions. We're especially eager to find talented staff for Call of Duty 4, CounterStrike: Source, and Team Fortress 2.

Each position has a varying level of responsibility and required dedication. Ideal applicants must be mature, act in a professional manner, have extensive knowledge of the game they're applying for, be 18 years old or higher, and have the capability to provide TGL users with excellent customer service. Preference will be given to those with strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.

A few days ago, with the new release of AVG 8.0, we noticed the AV program automatically quarantined a Bad Apple file. We would like to assure ALL users that this is a false-positive. We have contacted AVG in an effort to get this issue resolved as soon as possible, and we are awaiting their response.

AVG 8 has started triggering on Bad Apple due to a heuristic scan. We believe a completely unrelated/unknown individual released a virus which used a DLL compiler that is similar to the DLL compiler we used to create a particular Bad Apple file. Hopefully an AVG patch will be released relatively soon to officially correct this issue. In the mean time, the current work-around is to disable anti-virus scanning for the “Bad Apple ESIMS” directory.

We apologize for any inconvenience, and once again, we assure you that as long as you downloaded the install package from www.BadAppleESIMS.com, then the files ARE clean.

The latest version of ETQW: Pro mod has been released (0.5), and is now mandatory for both ETQW 5v5 Infantry Only and ETQW 6v6 Stopwatch. You can download the file here.

Please note, that while grenades have been removed from the supply crates, and radar has been disabled for the 3rd eye cam, we're leaving these two items as illegal in 5v5 since we're entering playoffs.
