Bio:
I started gaming with QuakeWorld, I played a little bit of Team Fortress and Various CTF mods. With the release of Quake2 I got even more involved in gaming playing RocketArena2 and CTF. I joined [dNr] and played RA2 in a few ladders. It was hard for me playing with 200+ pings all the time (dial-up), but I managed to do alright.

Gaming was becoming less of a fun thing to do after-school and more of a hobby/job. I got involved in the community, I would read the forums daily and play for hours each night. I played Q2 CTF/RA2 and Q3A regularly but I also started playing Half-Life and Tribes. I really fell in love with online gaming and would usually have hundreds of hours of play into a game before I ever played the single-player component of the game.

I went to my first "Live" event with QuakeCon in 2000, I was in the BYOC and while I didn't play in any of the tournaments, I watched almost all of them. This is when I can say I truly got hooked with online gaming. From then on I went to every event I could drive to, this included dozens of local lan-parties, CPL events and QuakeCon '01 and '02.

In 2004 I moved from Dallas, TX to San Francisco, Ca and with the move, school and work I didn't have as much time for gaming. I slowly fell out of the gaming scene. I found other things to occupy what little free-time I had. I got involved with SCCA Auto-Cross and HPDE. I had the same passion for cars and racing that I previously had for computers and gaming.

After a nearly 3 year hiatus I recently started gaming again with the release of Enemy Territory : Quake Wars. I bought a bunch of new parts and built a gaming desktop. I played the BETA version of ETQW and had the retail version the day it came out. Since then I have logged about 500hrs between the BETA 1, 2, demo and retail. I have also picked up COD4 and Orange box (only played Portals and TF2). I still dedicate most of my time to ETQW and am active in the community as well as the competition scene. I am a part of the now [TUF] - The United Force, its the same guys that used to be mL| - mainLine Gaming. We won the CAL Season1 ETQW Championship and made it to the semi-finals in TGL.

I am once again just as involved in online gaming as I used to be, I am planning to attend QuakeCon '08 and first the first time compete in some of the tournaments.
